Suicide Songs is Kim’s 2009 solo album.
Suicide Songs is a collection of songs inspired by 60s and 70s psychedelic music. The album explores themes of love and the end of the world. Stylistically the songs range from serene lullabies to heavy psychedelia.
If you listen to the album in its entirety, you may find some surprises.
Three years in the making, this recording combines classic analogue instruments with modern solid state electronics. All instruments and vocals were performed by Kim Lajoie.

Suicide Songs - The Other Side is a complimentary album filled with alternate versions and new songs. While Suicide Songs has been available since February 2009, The Other Side mainly consists of material that has never existed outside Kim’s studio.
